Return Policy

BY PURCHASING SERVICES AND PRODUCTS IN ANY WAY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS RETURN POLICY.

Dynamic Systems may update and change this Return Policy, including but not limited to the fees and charges associated with returns. If we update or change this Return Policy, we will post the updated policy at http://www.a-barcode.com/return-policy/. The updated Return Policy will become effective and binding on the fifth business day after it is posted. When we change this Return Policy, we will modify the “Last Modified” date above. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.

Product Return

Product(s)* can be returned within 20 day of purchase**. All returns will require a Return Authorization (RA)*** number which can be obtained by calling 1-800-342-3999 ex.204. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges (excluding defective items).

Fine Print

* Media, consumables, software products with executed licenses, equipment past the 20 day shipment date, and any services provided cannot be returned for credit or refund.

** RA numbers will not be issued after 20 days from receipt of product(s).

*** No returns without an RA number will be accepted. Dynamic Systems, Inc. must receive returned product(s) in original condition with all accessories, documentation, factory packaging, and any protective/restraining devices in place within 10 days of issuance of the RA number in order to be credited.
